THE ninth annual election of “Chang-ning’s Top 10 Excellent Young People” has been launched in the district. Local people were invited to elect model youths aged between 18 and 40 that they think can best represent the district’s young generation. Applications were made online through March 30 on the website 21cntw.org. This year, individuals are allowed themselves as candidates, while in the past, they had to be nominated by companies or government departments and organizations. The final voting results will be revealed in May.
