Acrel IPO raises US$41m

JIADING District-based Shanghai Acrel Ltd raised 260 million yuan (US$41.1 million) through its initial public offering in Shenzhen on January 13. The company is the first solution provider of intelligent power meters to go public on China's A-share market and will use the funds to upgrade research and develop its technology center.
