JIADING plans to set up wet markets at local communities to provide people with good quality agricultural produce. Xincheng Road Subdistrict and Malu Town are the earliest in the district to enjoy the service. Meat, eggs and vegetables sold at the markets are fresh but at lower prices. Eight agricultural cooperatives are among the first batch to sell their products at the markets.
