Bureau helps find talents

Last month, Jiading Human Resources and Social Security Bureau organized a delegation of enterprise owners to go to vocational schools in Baoji City in northwest China’s Shaanxi Province to recruit talented workers.
To set up a recruitment channel, the Jiading bureau held forums for students and schools, and answered various questions they asked.
Finally, the Baoji Technical College signed cooperation agreements with 10 enterprises in Jiading.
Over the past five years, Jiading has cooperated with many vocational schools in the middle and west of China.
Through its help, 120 enterprises from the district have signed 255 cooperation intentions with more than 70 vocational schools.
Jiading has won talented workers’ favor as it has a nice working environment, convenient living facilities and great development potential, according to the vocational schools.
