AUTUMN is harvest time and the cooling temperatures make it the most fascinating tourist season in the year. To ensure that autumn is even more special this year, Jiading District has prepared a host of tours featuring exciting driving, ancient culture, delicious fruits and mouthwatering food, promising to wow tourists and leave them with fond memories of this unique area.
A modern agriculture tour
Grapes are in season now. Indulge in the ripe bunches waiting to be plucked from the vines at Malu Grape Art Village, a 4A national tourist spot. Each grape variety grown here has its own delectable flavor, size and color. This year bursts with activities for young parents, making it a ripe opportunity for families to learn how to pick grapes together.
Located at the northern side of Jiading, "Huating Family" is a real happy farm. There are many great places where you can play golf, go fishing, pick vegetables and taste fruit. If you enjoy a healthy green life close to nature, then this is the getaway for you.

Under the surface of everyday life in Jiading lies a rich, ancient culture. To celebrate its link to the past, the district holds a Confucius Culture Festival every autumn to carry forward the timeless traditions of Chinese culture.
In Jiading's time-honored Confucius Temple, tourists can take part in diverse activities to commemorate the sage -- such as tasting delicious Zhuangyuan (No. 1 scholar) cake, a traditional Chinese dessert. In Jiading's Anting Town, the international Formula One racetrack of Shanghai, Shanghai Auto Museum and a drive-in cinema will surely light up the high-octane lovers!
The Anting Automobile Happy Tour enables tourists to interact with and experience the unique charm of this automobile city. The highlight of the tour is a chance to get on the challenging Formula One racetrack, behind the wheel of a single-seater race car, and to floor it around the corners at top speed.
