THE First Cherry Picking Festival has kicked off at Juyuan New Area. More than 100 visitors went to pick cherries and bid to adopt cherry trees. Baiguo Garden at Qinggang Village of Juyuan New Area is famous for sweet cherries. The garden produces cherries, peaches and kiwi fruits. Later this year, the park is to double the size of its cherry fields and set up parking spaces, restaurants and other facilities.
