BERTELSMANN Arvato and other leading outsourcing service providers including Shanghai International Financial Technology Service Center have settled in Jiading District. Founded by Bertelsmann, a global top 500 company, Arvato will set up an operation center and an IT management center to provide outsourcing services for over 80 multinational corporations like Mercedes-Benz. Shanghai International Financial Technology Service Center will integrate businesses in financial service, outsourcing service and information technology, and it plans to attract about 20,000 talented people in five years.
