Creativity at work goes on display
THE creativity of local people at work is on display at a new museum in Jiading District.
The museum, which opened to the public for free on November 11, showcases more than 30 inventions by local workers, featured in models and on video.
The highlights include a traffic system developed by People Appliance Group for the Beidou Navigation Satellite and the Navigator series circuit breaker developed by Delixi Group. Also on show are a precisely designed milling reamer invented by workers from Shanghai Automotive Gears No. 1 Factory, as well as robots developed by local firms. A tour of the exhibits takes about 20 minutes.
Opening hours: Monday-Friday, 9-10:30am, 1:30-4pm (Reservation required one week prior to the visit)
