Expo visitors can park at raceway and take Metro

AFTER May 1, local residents can take a bus from Shanghai International Circuit to the World Expo site.
Parking lots at Shanghai International Circuit have been designated for the Expo, which will provide 4,000 parking spaces. Each cost five yuan (US$0.73) for parking once.
Expo visitors can make their way to the big event on a variety of alternative transports.
As well as Metro Line 11, they can take the Expo line, which features 76 buses running between the circuit and the Expo site. Each ticket costs 7 yuan. The bus line will run from 9am to 1:10am next morning.
Shanghai International Circuit has a total of 17 parking lots with almost 20,000 parking spaces.
The 4,000 parking spaces mentioned are at three parking lots close to the central fountain square.
A charge system, 24-hour monitoring system and lighting systems have been under installation since March 1. They will be in test run during the Formula 1 Chinese Grand Prix next month.
The sub line of Metro Line 11 (from Jiading New City to Anting Town) is open from today. The running time of both the main and sub line is 5:40am to 9:55pm.
