Free emergency kits

JIADING District civil defense authorities revealed that 30,000 households will get free emergency kits by the end of this year. Another 120,000 households will be equipped with the kits by 2013. An emergency survival kit is a package of over 10 basic tools such as flashlight and first-aid medicines.
