JIADING District director Ma Chunlei met Sung Jang-Hyun, his counterpart in Yongsan-gu of Seoul in South Korea, in Jiading on March 23. Ma and Sung signed a letter of intent on friendly relations between the two districts during the meeting. They pledged to expand cooperation in the fields of business, education, culture and sports.
