SHANGHAI Yaoji Playing Card Co, which went public in August last year, plans to expand. The first-phase construction of its 3-hectare new plant in Anting Town started recently, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year. By then, the card maker's annual production capacity will increase to 1.1 billion packs.
