THE Jiading District Information Office opened its official microblog (or weibo, Chinese equivalent of Twitter) on November 28 to better communicate with the public.
The microblog, Jiadingfabu, appears simultaneously on several microblogging websites such as weibo.com, t.qq.com, eastday.com and xinmin.cn. It offers real-time updates with Shanghaicity, the official microblog of the Shanghai Information Office.
