Incubator keeping busy as it prepares for industry fair

JIADING Advanced Technology Innovation & Business Incubator has been busy recently.
Having just finished its work at the Jiading Science and Technology Exposition, it has begun preparations for the 16th China International Industry Fair.
Since it was established in June 2010, the incubator has attracted 93 high-tech enterprises, with 26 of them working on medical equipment and biological products.
Of the 15 Jiading enterprises at the CIF this year, five are medical enterprises.
Berry Genomics, a company led by a returnee from the America, cooperated with the incubator to set up an inspection office for its new technology of non-invasive antenatal genetic testing in Jiading. The Beijing-based company’s sales income reached more than 300 million yuan (US$48.8 million) last year.
The incubator has also, with Jiading Dental Clinic, established a research lab for advanced dental technology on August 29.
