SHANGHAI International Auto City Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base signed an agreement with eight universities and institutes including Tongji University and Institute of Micro-systems of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on June 8.
The base has set up 15 enterprises' workstations and introduced more than 30 professionals with a doctorate or postdoctoral degree.
