Jiading carried out the spring cultivation of sweet melons recently, with the fruit expected on the market in late April. Several planting bases including Jiading Hami Melon Research Institute, Jinlv Village Sweet Melon Planting Base and Jiading Qiuming Fruit and Vegetable Cooperatives have already completed planting the seeds.
