Mental clinic opens for the youths

JIADING District is making efforts to improve mental health for the youths as a mental health center for adolescents has opened in Jiading District.
Teams of experts and volunteers will provide consulting services for adolescents in need of psychological guidance.
The center includes a game room and a sand table where children can play with colorful models. It also has a relaxation room, a cultural corridor and a reading room.
The center will also train volunteers and school managers, and conduct research on the mental health of primary and secondary school students. Residents can call 5991-8000 for consultation or to book an appointment.
