THE ground-breaking ceremony of Benteler China Headquarters and Benteler Automotive Parts (Shanghai) Co Ltd was held in Jiading Industrial Zone on November 14.
Covering an area of 7.2 hectares, Benteler Automotive Parts will specialize in the production of the key automobile parts such as emission control devices and drive axles, as well as providing technological support and sales service. It is estimated that the company will reap an annual production value of more than 1.5 billion yuan (US$238 million).
