ON January 6, 742 handicapped people from Huangdu Town received their new year's gift packages, which consisted of a one-year subscription to Modern Family, insurance from Ping An Insurance Co, a hotline for handicapped, a special educational fund for handicapped people's children, a body-check form and a schedule of entertainment and sports activities.
