IN the next five years, Jiading District will invest 70 million yuan (US$11.25 million) to further complete the nursing system for the disabled, including nursing at homes or welfare houses for 2,000 people and day care services for 5,600 people. In the past five years, Jiading has spent 128 million yuan on charity, benefiting 48,662 disabled people.
