Online mall sets up its headquarters

LEADING online shopping mall 360buy.com, which distributes communication, computer and consumer electronics in China, will build its east China headquarters at Jiading Industrial Zone.
Covering an area of 13.33 hectares, the headquarters is composed of three sections °?- storage center, delivery center and East China after-service headquarters. It will be completed in 2011.
Sixty percent of the mall's sales will be realized in Jiading three years later. Its annual tax will exceed 100 million yuan (US$14.6 million).
The online shopping mall started to do e-business in 2004, mainly dealing with home appliances, electronic products and daily necessities.
Its sales volume has maintained a growth rate of 300 percent for five years continuously. Currently, 360buy.com boasts three logistic centers, 45,000 kinds of products and delivery teams in 24 cities. It boasts more than six million registered users.
With daily orders of 25,000, the sales volume is expected to reach four billion yuan this year and 10 billion yuan next year.
Four e-businesses are clustered in Jiading, including 360buy.com, Newegg.com, ocj.com.cn and baidu.com.
