Organic base established in Inner Mongolia

SHANGHAI Totole Food Co Ltd recently set up a procurement center for organic food materials in the Ke'erqin region of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region after completing field surveys around the country.
A group for 40 people specializing in agricultural management and research and development of organic food will guide the breeding of farm and sideline products to ensure the food sources are organic.
The company, whose main product is chicken essence, has turned local old storehouses into workshops capable of producing more than 500 tons of organic sunflower seed oil. The company has also recruited professionals in agriculture, forestry, livestock and research and development of organic food in colleges in the northeastern area.
