JUNE 15 saw the ground-breaking ceremony of Zhongmao Century Plaza, the first business complex project in the northern part of Jiading Industrial Zone. The project, covering 84,200 square meters, will include offices, restaurants, serviced apartments, a boutique hotel and retail businesses. The project is expected to be completed by 2014.
