JIADING District government has made sustained efforts in recent years to meet business demands of electricity. Currently, at Jiading Industrial Zone, there are six 35-kilovolt transformer substations and one of 220-kilovolt. It has guaranteed that more than 1,500 registered enterprises at the zone can have sufficient electricity supply.
