THE Jiading government’s 13 practical projects this year are going well, with one completed and two ahead of schedule. For example, the district has trained 10,000 people in vocational skills in the first three months, over 80 percent of this year’s target. In housing program, the 10th group of affordable houses has been completed, and 126 apartments are awaiting applications. The district will offer low-rent apartments for 40 families, and renovate houses for 100 families with disabled members.
