Recruiting overseas auto professionals

CHINA Auto Talent Research Society is one of the five biggest auto industry organizations in China and its council is made up of leaders from other auto industry organizations, auto production groups, colleges and research institutions and experts.
The society has formed ties with more than 10 European and American auto institutions and overseas Chinese auto organizations.
Since 2012, the society and National Auto Human Resources Development Organization (HRD) have recommended several hundred foreign auto experts to FAW and GM (including Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center) after collecting overseas talent information from auto societies at home and abroad and human resources companies.
Now, the society is cooperating with the Society of Automotive Engineers of China to offer overseas auto experts introduction service.
Service contents: To introduce the overseas talents on auto production technology and management; to search and visit high level creative talents; overseas campus recruitment, as well as offering cooperating and networking with auto companies and institutions by organizing overseas recruitment events and experts meetings.
Service clients: Members of China Auto Talent Research Society and National Auto Human Resources Development Organization (HRD), and their affiliated units.
Service model: The members who need such service should sign an official cooperation agreement with China Auto Talent Research Society and National Auto Human Resources Development Organization (HRD), so as to set up a direct supply and demand platform for needed talents.
Service charge: Negotiable according to the items agreed by both parties referring to the current market price.
