Three scientific research projects of Tongji University have won state-level awards at the 2013 National Scientific Technology Awarding Ceremony. The three projects are a new method of waste water disposal that is more efficient and cost-saving, an intelligent traffic network which creates a new automatic platform for traffic control, and a household garbage technology that can recycle waste to energy and usable resources.
