A NEW service center for seniors has opened in Jiading's Juyuan New Area. The center has a floor area of 400 square meters and includes restaurants, activity rooms and bathrooms. Seniors only need to pay 7 yuan for lunch each day while the other services are free. Those living in the neighborhood aged between 70 and 75, healthy and can take care of themselves are eligible to join the center. Thus far 46 elders have been enrolled.
