TEN new five-star hotels to be built in Jiading New City, are expected to raise the area's competitiveness.
With a five-year construction plan and an investment of more than 10 billion yuan (US$1.46 billion), Jiading New City is taking on a beautiful new look and is attracting more investments. Investors include property developers Poly Group and Longfor Group.
The 10 hotels include brands such as Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, InterContinental Hotels, Sofitel, Chedi Hotel, Hilton and Althoff Hotels.
