PHYSICAL disabilities and dementia opened in late May in the Caojiadu area of Jing’an District.
The center, a former elderly activity center run by the Caojiadu neighborhood committee, was renovated to accommodate seniors and has the capacity to take in about 50 people.
It is among the first of its kind in Shanghai.
