THEMED flower displays adorned the district recently to mark National Day and the Communist Party of China’s 19th National Congress.
More than 450,000 flowerbeds were redesigned, with the accent on red. Poinsettias and scarlet hibiscus, among other blooms, created a floral tribute and holiday atmosphere. At some road intersections, floral terraces were shaped in special designs, such as butterflies.
