A Minhang resident named Lu Ping recently found a plastic bag containing jewels and 120,000 yuan (US$19,166) in cash in a hypermarket. He called police, and the valuables were returned to their owner. Police said the bag belonged to a jewelry store in the hypermarket, and the owner had misplaced it when moving stock around.
