SHANGHAI City Theater recently signed a cooperation agreement with 15 neighborhood committees of Xinzhuang Town to develop social culture.
Under the agreement, the City Theater will schedule some of its performing troupes to give performances in Xinzhuang when cultural fests are held in the town. The theater will also provide support and facilities to residents of Xinzhuang.
In turn, the 15 neighborhoods of the town will post notices of all events at the theater on its public billboards.
