The Minhang Restaurant, which has been serving up meals for 55 years, recently reopened after a yearlong renovation. It is now named Jinjiang MetroPolo Hotel. The restaurant was originally established as a support facility for the now-defunct Minhang Industrial Center. It made its reputation on the excellence of its authentic Shanghai cuisine. Specialties that remain on the menu are crispy duck and eight delicacies in hot sauce.
