SENIORS living in the Meilingyuan Community were recently invited to a session on how to prepare for the cooler autumn weather. They were given instructions on washing and moisturizing dry skin. There was also advice on hairstyles and fashions suitable to the season. Several seniors who attended said they like to keep up on latest styles because it makes them feel younger at heart.
