Budding entrepreneurs get helping hand
MORE than 2,600 start-up companies have developed successfully with the support of the Minhang District government in the past three years.
The district is committed to developing innovative new companies that help budding entrepreneurs realize their dreams and help the local economy expand into profitable new sectors.
The Minhang Employment Promotion Center has established funding to help start-up businesses overcome initial bottlenecks.
The Minhang Human Resource Department also established an advisory service to help young entrepreneurs with problems they encounter. That effort is bolstered by mentors from the business world. A handbook on entrepreneurship has been published by the local government.
