ABOUT 120 students from 16 schools for migrant children in Minhang have registered to participate in the New Sprouting Art Troupe. The selected students will receive a year's training in language and stagecraft, all at no cost. In the second half of their term, they will perform at local community venues under the auspices of the China Welfare Institute Children's Art Theater.
