The Minhang Charity Foundation celebrated the Chinese New Year by giving money and presents collected from district residents to needy families or families with disabled persons. The charity event, called 鈥淭rue Love Under the Blue Sky,鈥 is an annual tradition to ensure that everyone enjoys Spring Festival.
