A group of vocational educators from Donghua University recently went to Zepu County in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to train local people on garment design and production. More than 50 women from Zepu participated in the program. Minhang has been paired with the county under a State Council initiative to help underdeveloped areas of China.
