Cultivating talent advice

MINHANG human resources authorities are assessing how companies are cultivating people in the district.
The Minhang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has carried out a survey in Xinzhuang Industrial Area on the cultivation of high-end professionals.
One of the companies surveyed, Daikin Shanghai, said it has taken the advice on board and established a special training site with qualified trainers for employees.
High-end professionals have contributed greatly to product quality and management, improving competitiveness, said officials.
The bureau said that it will continue to provide companies with guidelines on training and subsidy policies.
