Shanghai Bank and Ningbo Bank have extended 2 billion yuan (US$328 million) of credit to support creative cultural development in Minhang. The line of credit agreement was signed this month by the district's Culture and Creation Industry Office. The money will be channeled to more than 2,000 cultural projects.
