THE Minhang District is soliciting non-commercial video and print advertisements to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Submitted works should showcase Minhang's development over the two decades and highlight its efforts to create an eco-friendly, people-friendly environment. The submission period will run through August 31. The top prize is 8,000 yuan (US$ 1,231).
