Easier services for IDs, visas

FROM January 1, Minhang police initiated four measures to make services more efficient, mainly focusing on certificates. According to the measures, Minhang police will offer access facilities to people who're over 70 and disabled people when issuing ID cards. There will also be "green paths" for Shanghai citizens who work in other cities who need to refresh their ID cards. In addition, six kinds of foreign professionals and investors of high level will be provided with "visiting visas" for three to five years.
