MINHANG Government recently signed an agreement with Shanghai Electric Group to promote industries making new energy facilities. The deal is seen as another important measure to improve the competitive power of Shanghai in this field. According to the agreement, Minhang will provide industrial land use of about 2 square kilometers, and both sides will take full advantage of their own resources, making efforts to develop the local economy.
