THE Shanghai Yongqi Hair Salon was found guilty and ordered to pay 5,996 yuan in compensation to a Taiwanese woman who said she suffered from an itchy, red skin ailment after receiving a facial treatment at one of Yongqi's branches in Minhang, according to the Minhang District Court.
