A polluting factory has been closed in Zhaojia Village of Huacao Town. Shanghai Diansu Plastics Co had been emitting foul odors for many years. The Minhang District Administration of Work Safety found that materials the plant was using to produce propylene pipes were toxic to both humans and the environment.
