The Shanghai MIXC CBD Center will be open on Wuzhong Road in early 2017. Developed by the China Resources Co Ltd, the area will gather more than 500 fashion and catering brands from around world and will also have the district’s first real-ice skating rink. The Hong Kong-based hotel and resort group Artyzen announced recently that two branded hotels will also be located in MIXC.
