A GROUP of teachers from Minhang recently went to the impoverished area of Shangri-La in Yunnan Province to train local teachers and work with students for a week. Led by Qiu Zhonghai, president of Qibao High School, the group comprised nine educators who had been awarded the title “Outstanding Educator” by the district.
