THE first budget house program in Minhang District will be built in Xinzhuang Industrial Area.
Baomingyuan residential area, covering about 40,000 square meters, is expected to provide inexpensive rental housing for people working there and in the surrounding areas.
Facilities will also be improved at Xinzhuang Industrial Area, around Baomingyuan, providing a comfortable and convenient environment for residents, said officials.
