THE MINHANG District Welfare Home and Xinzhuang Senior Home recently held parties organized by the Shanghai Charity Foundation’s Minhang branch. The events included singing and dancing for residents. The event was held to mark the upcoming Senior’s Day which falls on September 9 on lunar calendar.
